Story time: I ordered this ring in an 8.75 and noticed it was slightly too big when I got it but meh was just going to deal. Wore it the next day and got home and it was not on my finger. I was devastated. I immediately re-ordered it but I was an idiot and had forgotten to apply the store coupon that I had gotten after ordering the first time. I messaged Lauren and explained what happened and asked if it was too late to apply my coupon, the worst she could do is say no, right? Well she was in fact awesome and refunded me 20% (more than the coupon amount). I was blown away, I never expected that (I would have bought it again if I had to lol)! Wonderful ring, wonderful customer service!
