Refund policy

REFUNDS

Eligible purchases can be returned for a refund, exchanged or store credit. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 2 business days after receiving the returned items.

Discounted or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales for discounted items are final.

All digital products are non refundable.

RETURNS

Jewelry must be returned within two weeks of receiving your package. A return shipping label will be emailed to customers residing within the United States. Please CONTACT me to receive your return shipping label

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame.  The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment.

Not all jewelry can be adjusted in size or length. If your need to change your ring size or the length of a necklace please CONTACT ME
