Green Turquoise Cuff Bracelet in Sterling Silver

This stone has been with me a long time. It's one of those I pulled out of my personal collection every so often, held up to the light, and put back. The green is deep and mossy, and the black matrix runs across it like a map. I don't know which mine it came from, sometimes the best stones show up that way, without a paper trail, just a shape and a color that keeps calling you back.

I built the band with a heavy textured finish so it would hold its own next to the stone. The bezel is smooth and rounded, set with silver loops on either side so it is easy to slip the cuff bracelet on.  A patina pulls the shadows deep into the texture and lets the green come forward.
