Eligible purchases can be returned for a refund or exchanged.
Discounted or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales for discounted items are final.
The item must be shipped back within one week after receipt of the package. The item must be returned in the original box with tracking. Items with a retail value of over $100.00 must be insured. The same time frame applies to international customers. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame. The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment.
Made to order purchases, such as Knot Rings or bangles can be resized if there are size issues. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend having your fingers sized at a local jeweler before purchasing a ring. The first resizing is free, however there will be a $25.00 fee if a second resizing is needed. Not all rings with stone settings can be resized. If the ring cannot be resized, a refund will be issued. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Photos: I do my best to capture the true colors of the stones used in my jewelry creations. However, all computer resolutions are different and there may be some variation of stone color. Made to order items may vary from photos as each one is made when the order is placed.
Jewelry maintenance: try not to get the jewelry wet or use hand lotions while wearing jewelry, this could damage the patina.
