Policies and FAQ


Eligible purchases can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. Refunds will be issued within two business days after receiving returned item in perfect condition.

Discounted or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales for discounted items are final.

Digital products are non refundable.

Eligible items for return must be shipped back within two weeks after receiving your package. LjBjewelry will email you a return shipping label for domestic shipping only. Please contact me in order to receive  your return shipping label

International customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame.  The refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment within two business days after receiving the returned item.

Made to order purchases, such as Knot Rings or bangles can be resized if there are size issues. A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer. The first resizing is free, however there will be a $25.00 fee if a second resizing is needed. Not all rings with stone settings can be resized. If the ring cannot be resized, a refund will be issued. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.


One of a kind items or ready available items are shipped out within 1-2 business from the date of the purchase.

Fabrication time for made to order items 1-2 weeks. Check product page for specific fabrication times.

Fabrication time for special custom orders 1-4 weeks.


For all special custom orders, LjBjewelry requires a 40% deposit for orders with a retail value above $100.00

LjBjewelry does not work with the customers provided metals or gemstones, this creates greater liability. 


LjBjewelryshop.com only ships within the United States and Canada. Please visit my ETSY shop for any international purchases.

All purchases are gift wrapped, insured and are shipped with tracking.

LjBjewelry offers free Domestic shipping within the United States. 

All packages are shipped in a box via USPS first class 1-3 business days.

If you prefer another shipping method or carrier please contact me before making your purchase.

For Canadian customers, custom fees may be applied and your package may be held in customs for a certain amount of time. LjBjewelry is not responsible for any custom fees applied or the duration your package is held in customs. Please check with you local postal service regarding any duty fees you may be charged or have to pay upon receiving your package.

For Lost and damaged packages, LjBjewelry will file the insurance claim. Insurance claims can take some time but we will do our best to help with the process.


Photos: I do my best to capture the true colors of the stones used in my jewelry creations. However, all computer resolutions are different and there may be some variation of stone color. Made to order items may vary from photos as each one is made when the order is placed. 

Jewelry maintenance: try not to get the jewelry wet or use hand lotions while wearing jewelry, this could damage stones and the patina.
