Wishing Stone Necklace | Sterling Silver Beach Stone Pendant

This one of a kind sterling silver pendant is built around a beach stone I found and couldn't stop thinking about. It's a wishing stone — a stone with an unbroken line of quartz running all the way around it. The old folklore says if you find one, you get a wish. You trace the line with your finger, then either cast the stone into the water or give it to someone you love.

I didn't want to throw this one back.

The stone is a soft tan, smooth from years of tumbling, and I set it in sterling silver with an oxidized patina that brings out all the texture in the handmade metalwork. The chain has a matching patina too. One of a kind, because the stone is.
