This is a wishing stone — a beach stone with an unbroken line of quartz running all the way around it. The folklore says trace the line, make a wish, then cast it into the sea or give it to someone you love. But sometimes you find one and you just can't let it go.

This one became a ring instead.

The stone is a warm dark yellow with a wide quartz line cutting right through the middle. I set it in a sterling silver wide band with a hammered texture, notched edges, and a deep oxidized patina that makes the whole thing feel grounded and a little wild at the same time.

It's a ring that has something to say.
